    These were my absolute favorite ! When I first started buying them, they were a limited edition and I was so sad when they “went away” for the season. I was so excited when they brought them back as a regular flavor as that are to die for !!! I always looked forward to having a couple pre-pumping and it was always hard limiting how many I ate ! These ones disappeared quickly !

Flax seed is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fibre. We use ground flax seed in all of our recipes for easier digestion and nutrient absorption.

Brewer’s yeast is a superfood with high concentrations of vitamins and minerals. This beneficial ingredient contains B vitamins, protein, iron, fibre and minerals which can help increase energy levels and boost breast milk.

The healthy fats found in coconut oil are easy to digest and are immediately converted to energy in the body, providing a source of energy for mom.

When lactating mothers add coconut oil to their diets they have significantly increased levels of lauric and capric acid in their breast milk, creating milk that is rich in health-promoting nutrients, beneficial for baby.
