In our Labour Cookie products we use natural food-based labour inducing ingredients such as cayenne, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. These ingredients combined create a “dream team” that assist you in getting you closer to the arrival of your baby.
Did you know that low levels of iron in your body can reduce your breast milk supply?
Oats have high levels of iron, fibre, protein and complex carbs that helps lower cholesterol, playing a large role in increasing your breast milk supply.
Flax seed is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fibre. We use ground flax seed in all of our recipes for easier digestion and nutrient absorption.
Brewer’s yeast is a superfood with high concentrations of vitamins and minerals.
This beneficial ingredient contains B vitamins, protein, iron, fibre and minerals which can help increase energy levels.
The healthy fats found in coconut oil are easy to digest and are immediately converted to energy in the body, providing a source of energy for mom.
Coconut oil contains large amounts of lauric acid, a powerful anti-microbial fatty acid that protects the immune system of the fetus and newborn, while increasing the quality of breast milk and the womb environment.
The use of ginger has been known to kick start the labor process while providing calming properties.
Ginger is a natural remedy to treat muscle soreness and pain, indigestion and nausea and is a key ingredient to initiate contractions.
It is said that spicy food can increase prostaglandin levels in your body, starting the process of labour.
The spice combination of cayenne, ginger, cloves and cinnamon pushes you closer to delivering your baby while providing anti-inflammatory and pain relief properties while being a powerful antioxidant.

These cookies are so good! I love spicy food so this helps with those cravings! But don’t worry, they’re not crazy spicy!

Perfect blend of spices. Very smooth and soft cookie.
Katey –
I don’t like spicy things, but I loved these cookies! They had just enough spice without being overpowering. I ate 3 a day until the bag was gone and went into labour the next day, and I attribute these cookies to getting my milk in nice and early once baby was born.

Love this flavour! Perfect balance of sweet and spicy!

These cookies are yum! I was willing to try anything to have babe faster, and crushed 2 of these bags before he arrived! They have the slightest hint of spice and they are a nice change from sweet cookies! Plus my husband wouldn’t eat them since they were “labour” cookies….more for me!

Great cookies! Helped with heart burn, and bringing in my milk right after babe was born (I normally have to wait 6 days for my milk to come in)

Love these cookies!! I ate these at 38 weeks and had a very easy labour and delivery at 40+2 and I healed very quickly. I definitely think that the Milkin’more products helped with my recovery.

I started eating 2-3 of these a day at 38 weeks pregnant. I went into labour at 39+5 and my delivery was excellent. My milk came in right away too and I think these cookies really helped with that!

These were such a great addition to my induction! I started them the day before I was induced and enjoyed them through the first day of my induction. They are the perfect blend of spices and helped get things moving!
