The name suggests they will be crunchy but the description is more accurate. At first they weren’t tasty, but after refrigeration…I was sad how quickly they were gone. Chewy and sweet, definitely will buy more. Not sure how my supply was affected.

Next to the boobie brownies this is my favourite flavour of lactation cookies. Seriously milkinmore nailed the flavours in this cookie, quick easy tasty treat to have whenever I feel my supply dip (depending on the day)
My absolute favorite of the cookies! They have such amazing flavour and the perfect crunch! Best lactation cookies I’ve ever had by far! And they actually work! I eat 2-3 of these before a feed or pump and notice such a difference.

As a previous reviewer stated, these cookies are definitely best enjoyed refrigerated! They are delicious either way, but a cold cookie has another level of crunch that really adds to the experience! It is a great flavour, and is a nice ‘special’ one to have around with a different texture profile than the other cookies!
The flavour is extremely delicious on these but this is just a personal preference thing I didn’t love the crunchy bits they were just hard to chew for me.
I could definitely demolish a bag of these in one sitting! Tasty and beneficial!

In our cookie products we use food-based galactagogues such as oats, flax seed and brewer’s yeast. These three ingredients combined create a “dream team” to assist you with your nursing needs.
Galactagogue: A food or drug that promotes or increases the flow of a mother’s milk.
Did you know that low levels of iron in your body can reduce your breast milk supply?
Oats have high levels of iron, fibre, protein and complex carbs that helps lower cholesterol, playing a large role in increasing your breast milk supply.
Flax seed is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fibre. We use ground flax seed in all of our recipes for easier digestion and nutrient absorption.
Brewer’s yeast is a superfood with high concentrations of vitamins and minerals. This beneficial ingredient contains B vitamins, protein, iron, fibre and minerals which can help increase energy levels and boost breast milk.
The healthy fats found in coconut oil are easy to digest and are immediately converted to energy in the body, providing a source of energy for mom.
When lactating mothers add coconut oil to their diets they have significantly increased levels of lauric and capric acid in their breast milk, creating milk that is rich in health-promoting nutrients, beneficial for baby.
