If you are a fan of mini eggs and Milkinmore cookies you have hit the jack pot! So delicious and love how Easter festive they are! The only issue with these cookies is they are only available for a short time and I get incredibly sad when I run out! THEY ARE TOOOOOOO GOOD!

Galactagogue: A food or drug that promotes or increases the flow of a mother’s milk.

Oats have high levels of iron, fibre, protein and complex carbs that helps lower cholesterol, playing a large role in increasing your breast milk supply.
Flax seed is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fibre. We use ground flax seed in all of our recipes for easier digestion and nutrient absorption.
Brewer’s yeast is a superfood with high concentrations of vitamins and minerals. This beneficial ingredient contains B vitamins, protein, iron, fibre and minerals which can help increase energy levels and boost breast milk.
The healthy fats found in coconut oil are easy to digest and are immediately converted to energy in the body, providing a source of energy for mom.
When lactating mothers add coconut oil to their diets they have significantly increased levels of lauric and capric acid in their breast milk, creating milk that is rich in health-promoting nutrients, beneficial for baby.
