I love how versatile this powdered mix is! I put it in smoothies, yogurt, overnight oats and even muffins! There isn’t a strong flavour to it so it really can be added to anything. After a couple weeks of using it I even noticed a increase in energy and wasn’t reaching for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning!
