    I am not a big powder person, but when I do take the powders instead of the capsules I always put it in 250ml of Cookies and Cream milk 2 go and it taste like a chocolate bar. It’s absolutely delicious. I take 3-4 tsp in the morning plus 3 capsules in the evening when I need a boost!
    Otherwise I just take my 3 capsules in the evening for maintenance
