    Honestly, I am not a protein drink person but I love this mix! It’s easily blended and with the light hint of vanilla it’s so versatile snd I love it! Brewer’s yeast is a superfood with high concentrations of vitamins and minerals. This beneficial ingredient contains B vitamins, protein, iron, fibre and minerals which can help increase energy levels and boost breast milk.

The healthy fats found in coconut oil are easy to digest and are immediately converted to energy in the body, providing a source of energy for mom.

When lactating mothers add coconut oil to their diets they have significantly increased levels of lauric and capric acid in their breast milk, creating milk that is rich in health-promoting nutrients, beneficial for baby.
